The essence of sobremesa is the art of lingering at the table after a meal has ended, transforming the act of dining into a, slow, meaningful social ritual.
The event marks the arrival of warmer days and the menu is designed as a 7-course family style menu inspired by the flavours of Portugal & Spain, paired with Mikkeller beers & Baghaven Wild Ales, bringing the atmosphere of large harvest lunches—where food, drink, music, and conversation stretch for hours.

The Chef Team:
* Afonso is from Portugal, But spent the past years in Copenhagen, working at Bæst, Kadeau, and now Alchemist.
* Ainhoa is Venezuelan, spent most of her professional life in Spain. Currently Head of Pastry at Alchemist, previously working at Celler de Can Roca and Paco Roncero.
* Roy, born to Philippine parents,raised in Madrid. Chef de Partie at Alchemist, with a background at Disfrutar and other kitchens in Spain.
